Copycat Books Review/Giveaway and Handwriting Development Tips

I was delighted to review Copycat Books as my youngest child is at the age where she requires and actually enjoys doing a great deal of copy work.  These pdf books are a real bargain at $5, not to mention how much time they save as I do not have to create these sheets myself.
Copycat books offers two manuscript pdf workbooks in three different scripts - traditional, modern or italic.
Manuscript Titles
NIV Psalms
The Basics
And eight titles in cursive with three different scripts - traditional, modern or italic.
Cursive Titles
KJV Proverbs
NIV Proverbs
NIV Psalms
Ancient Egypt
Ancient Greece
Ancient Rome
Middle Ages
The Renaissance
Since my girl is six years old I reviewed The Basics book.  The copy work content was relative to her age.  It featured handwriting assignments on details of the American flag, buying and mailing stamps at the post office, and being polite and mannerly.  These are all topics that are good for her to read and at her reading level.
I also appreciated that Copycat Books provided a blank line at the end of each page where she could practice letters that were difficult for her.
I was also pleased that many of the Copycat titles are classical in nature and that author uses the NIV version for most of her Biblical copy work.
This concludes my Hammock Home School review of Copycat Books.

Disclaimer: Copycat Books provided me with a free sample of this product to review, and I was under no obligation to review it if I so chose.  Nor was I under any obligation to write a positive review or sponsor a product giveaway in return for the free product.
The football player gives Copycat Books a thumbs up, while the reviewer's girl does her best pirate impression.
Handwriting skills develop differently for each child.  Below are some wonderfully informative sites.

My first and favorite cat was a persnickety Siamese (like there is any other kind..) named Tinkerbell. She would sleep next to my bed at night when I was a kid. She loved sleeping on my dad's chest when he took naps until he had a bad dream and woke up screaming.
Right now we have three cats, Slyvester, Melon, and Lucy.

I am sorry. We had to do the same thing around the same time period. We still miss our kitty, Lucky. He was a special cat that I nursed with a bottle. Thanks for stopping by!

I have a special place in my heart for cats, especially Siamese, I have owned in my lifetime about 5 of them they are the love of our family. Until the sad day that they no longer live on the earth. How I miss them!
