It is National Popcorn Day...at least some say it is. There is a bit of confusion as to the exact day, but many say it is January 19th.
I figure today is as good a day to make some popcorn as any other. Since the average American eats 68 quarts of popcorn in a year, it is obvious that we don’t need much of an excuse to head to the microwave with a bag of Redenbacher’s!
